Speak Ye The Same Thing

"Our fellowship is not based on our agreement with one another, but upon our union with Him. " Al Maxey
"Contending for diversity can be abused and lead to corrupting excess but there has to be a middle ground of balance that focuses on Christ (including His Lordship/Biblical Authority) while avoiding the unworkable and unacceptable extremes." Jerry Nall
How do we accomplish this?

Is it possible to find middle ground? What would be the unworkable & unacceptable extremes?
Depending on how you interpret Maxey's statement.....
It would seem to me that some type of agreement (middle ground) would have to be reached in order to "fellowship" with each other.
However, we will never know the fellowship we have with others through God because of God's fellowship with us & his fellowship with others. Which I guess means we have some type of fellowship with each other.
Can you add diagrams to this blogspot?
Which really means I posted after midnight....
Maybe others are chewing on what I bit off, too. We will see if we get any response.
Part of the struggle I have is trying to enjoy the freedom Christ has given us without feeling the heat of repercussions. I also struggle with knowing just what freedoms we have & how far to extend fellowship with others. I'm afraid I may be hurting my family with this struggle & making it more difficult with their walk with God. And it all boils down to this thing of "Speaking the same thing".
Is this better?
I will be out of pocket for about 3 weeks. I'm headed to the mountains & am trying to get ready (in shape) & get caught up at work. You won't see many or any comments from me until then.
